Heat Exchanger

In oil-based soap production line, a heat exchanger’s primary function is to transfer heat between two fluids like hot water the soap mixture. The heat exchanger controlled and efficient heating process, preventing overheating and ensuring the soap mixture reaches the desired temperature for the reaction. The heat is transferred from the hot fluid to the cold fluid. Soap mixture reaches the optimal temperature to react and converts oils and fats into soap and glycerin, where the hot fluid flows through tubes inside a shell, and the soap mixture flows outside the tubes.
