Soap Flaker Machine is a vital machine designed to convert Molten Hot Liquid Soap to Solid & Cold form. Soap Flaker is a big rotating drum, in which 8 to 13 degrees Celsius of chilled water circulates continuously. Molten Hot Liquid Soap comes on the top surface in the center of the Flaker from the Soap Holding Tank (Feed Tank) through gravity, in the form of Lumps, a small drum that is rotating just at the same synchronized speed with a bigger drum makes a thin layer of 1 to 2 mm of molten hot liquid soap. When this thin layer sticks with a bigger drum during the complete round, on the other surface end a hard carboned steel blade is fitted out, which scraps that thin layer of Soap. Now, the nature of the Soap after the scraping is Cold & Solid. At last, the main function of the Soap Flaker is to convert Molten Hot Liquid Soap to Solid & Hard form continuously.

Twin Worm Duplex vacuum plodder consists of two plodders mounted in tandem generally in line between them. The preliminary stage is a refiner plodder, complete with drilled plate, pelletizing knife, and refining screen. Soap pellets refined by the preliminary stage of the plodder are compacted and extruded in a continuous bar by the final stage. The connection between the preliminary stage and final stage is a vacuum chamber, heated by means of electrical heaters immersed in diathermic oil. The level switch placed inside the vacuum chamber guarantees correct soap pellets in feed to the final stage. A continuous soap bar is extruded through a nose cone, and heated by means of electrical heaters immersed in diathermic oil. The final temperature is regulated by a thermostat. All parts in contact with soap are manufactured in 304 stainless steel. The electrical control panel completed with push buttons and inverters is fitted in a frame that supports stairs and a working platform.
