Ribbon Blender
Ribbon Blender consist of a U-shaped horizontal trough and a specially fabricated ribbon agitator. A ribbon agitator consists of a set of inner and outer helical blades. The outer ribbon moves materials toward the center of the trough, and the inner ribbon moves the materials toward the outside of the trough. The ribbon also rotates at approx. 300 fpm, thus moving materials both radially and laterally to insure thorough blends in short cycle times.

- This Segregator consists of Cylinder with a rotating Shaft having Paddle shaped Blades that rotate on a horizontal axis, mounted on a sturdy structure.
- Beneath the blades is a steel mesh that only allows fine Powder particles to pass to the shoot region & the rest of the particles rotate along with the shaft until they break into smaller pieces.

Application
- Cage mills(sieving machine) is used for the sieving of detergent powder, having a capacity of about 10 /5Tonne per day. Equipped with the Ele. motor, it’s a highly effective machine for the particle segregation of detergent powder.
- Note:- All of our machines are customized as per Requirement. Material for cylinder can be M.S./S.S.304/any other. The Dimensions & Shaft(Cage) R.P.M. can be varied as per process requirement.
Screening Machine
The premix batch after mixture is passed through the pulviezer. This machine is designed to bring uniformity in size of particles and also to crush the hard lumps with remain unbroken within the powder mixture.
