Plodder is widely used in Toilet Soap Plant. The Worms are made of S.S. / Alloy Steel constructions either casted or fabricated. Worms pitch distance variable and reducing fashion to produce compact soap bars. The clearance between the worms and barrel will be 1 – 2 mm on all the sides. End Seals are fitted with Glands for vacuum Sealing. Vacuum chamber is made by S.S. 304 to removes air bubbles from the mixture.
